Argentem Creek Partners Founder & CEO Daniel Chapman Rings the Bell at OTC Market Center for Portfolio Company ACG Metals Limited Listing on OTCQX

Daniel Chapman, Founder & CEO of Argentem Creek Partners, joined ACG Metals Limited, a portfolio company of Argentem Creek Partners, with ACP President Maarten Terlouw serving on its Board of Directors, at the OTC Market Center in New York to ring the opening bell and mark the company’s upgrade to the OTCQX Best Market.

ACG Metals Limited, also listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: ACG), is advancing a strategy to build a leading Copper Producer, targeting acquisitions of producers with leading environmental, social, and governance standards.

This milestone demonstrates the company’s progress to establishing itself as a sizeable, low-cost, multi-asset copper producer supported by institutional investors and strong ESG ratings. The OTCQX listing provides ACG Metals’ access to U.S. investors, strengthens securities law compliance, and improves visibility across both institutional and retail investment communities.
